Family Immigration

Immigration is a highly complex area of law. The process by which an individual obtains his or her green card or gains citizenship can last months, if not years.

Family Immigration includes:

• Naturalization - applying to become a United State (US) Citizen.
• Adjustment of Status - applying for a green card, becoming a permanent resident of the US, for a family member who entered the US legally at some point and currently has grounds to receive a green card.
• Immigrant Visas - applying for an immigration visa for a fiancé, spouse or other qualified family member to enter the US to live.
